Hello 

I have all of the enrollment forms attached. In the package 1 there is an enrollment checklist to guide you what is due to reserve a spot and what is due before starting school. Forms from package 1 are due along with fees to reserve your spot. Fees to reserve are non-refundable. Before the start date, all forms from package 2 are due along with health records, remaining fees and your child's school supplies. Please let me know if you have any questions.
